I forgot that 7-minute frosting's ethereal texture turns to that of [inexplicably sticky] styrofoam after sitting overnight.

Needless to say, these ended up in the trash instead of in my stats class.

Bummer.

When you're out of butter but feeling too cheap to buy it, don't use 7-minute frosting. Do yourself a favor and eat the cupcakes plain - or quickly.

I don't like 7-minute frostings '-' the last one I used tasted kinda strange, and this brand has very good products.. the worst thing is that I used it over a WHOLE birthday cake for my mom >.< anyways, everybody liked cause I used very few frosting and a looooot of filling *3*
