Finally got them right! Chocolate shells filled with chocolate ganache and peanut butter nougat.

Macarons by ~bittykate. Tempting, teasing, beguiling... the torment that is ganache! The suggester said, "The deviant has taken a classic cookie and presented it in a whole new light. Culinary arts is just as much about presentation as it is taste, and these Macaroons *look* absolutely delicious.
